From the onset, the Indoor Firing Range FLETC (Department of Homeland Security), Charleston, was a project described as unique and requiring special skill and expertise to complete. Hightower use this opportunity to build a facility that has been described by experts as 'the best indoor range (of that profile) in the country.' Not only was the best range in the country built, but it was done so on time, under budget, and most importantly, there were no lost time accidents.
